Urinary Problems May Signal Kidney Pain
Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint kidney pain—a lot of us don’t really know where the kidneys are. If your abdominal pain is actually kidney pain, you are more likely to feel it in your side or your lower back, with feelings of pain possibly radiating towards your abdomen.
Some other symptoms associated with a kidney problem include:
- Pain or burning sensations during urination
- Frequent urination
- Needing to urinate at night
- Swelling, usually in the feet and ankles, but you also could notice swelling in your abdomen, lower back, hands, and face
